Take on life, before life takes you.©
Before you know it, you’re going to die. Many people aren’t alert that we don’t live a perpetual life. So here’s some truism to make you alert, every man dies, but not every man truly lives. Most are afraid of death, when really, they should be afraid of the unlived life. You don’t have to live forever. You just have to live. Therefore, I want life to hit me hard and do everything my brains can think of. I made a jot list of the stuff I wanted to do. It’s a start, right? I vow to face my fears, so I can ace them, and to live my life as a god dang revolution, not just a process of evolution because at the brink of any moment, I can be dead. What will I reminisce on in heaven or hell, wherever I am to go after my death if I didn’t do anything spectacular? I want to live life big and take on anything and everything.
Too many people hold off everything in their life because they think they’ll be here forever. Don’t wait till you die to realize that life is short. It’s like no matter how many people die, no one believes in death. I mean, death isn’t some disease that only succumbs 1/3 of the population, so stop acting like it is. It happens to ALL of us. I’m inspired to living everyday to the fullest because if god forbid, I was to suddenly die because of my car falling off a mountain or some sudden thing like that. I want to be OK with the fact that I’m dying because I know that I lived my life and let out the legend in me. I don’t want to sit there in the car worrying about, ‘oh no, no one will remember me, I didn’t even do worth remembering in my life’ and all those sad thoughts. No! I’m rolling down a mountain in my car. I want to enjoy the thrill because death is a once in a lifetime experience. ‘Live your life so completely, that when death comes to you, like a thief in the night, there's nothing left for him to steal.’You get numerous second chances for a lot of things in life, but when it comes to life itself, you only get once chance. Do more than exist because so you won’t just be part of a statistic of the world population. Many people have lives that they don’t live so that when they die, they were already dead.
As I’m sitting here writing , I’m going to promise myself that I’m going to take on life before life takes me. Erase the words “someday” and “eventually” from your everyday language. Whatever you like, do it. Plant a garden and nourish the nature. Ride the largest roller coaster known to man, meet your real father, adopt children, fly the world, sit on your hammock and read your life away, go run for president for all I care.. Whatever it is you do, do it for a purpose. A purpose to live.
